Paint Shop Pro9 or any version
Font of choice

Disclaimer: This tut is written purely from my own imagination, any resemblance to any other is purely coincidental. This article is written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Open a 800 x 800 image, fill with white
You can resize later
New layer, select all
Paper 4, paste into selection
Select none, apply Gemsmsk34
C/p the scatter element
C/P 3-way mirror, resize 130%
Magic wand tolerance on 40 and click inside each mirror
C/P your tube as new layer, when satisfied with placement
Invert/delete
Close the bottom layer and mask layer
Merge visible the rest of your layers
Apply Alien Skin Impact with these settings
C/P your tube and place as desired
Apply drop shadow v and h – 2, O – 50, B – 5
C/p the boot, resize 60%
Remember to apply a drop shadow as you go along with the following steps
C/p the blue bag, resize 60% move below the boot layer
Duplicate the boot and move slightly to the side
C/p the purple bag, resize 55%
Purse 55%
Sunglasses 60%
Money 50%
Mirror 60%
Heel 50%, duplicate, move to side (see my tag)
Body Lotion 60%
Lip Stick 60%
Nail Polish 60%
Glasses 50%
Charm 70%
Heart 70% 2 times
Credit Card 60%
Dollar Sign 80%
Resize your tag here if you want to
Add your name, artist name and copyright
You’re done !
